1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions govern your purchase of and participation in The Compassionate Shadow Programme offered by Teresa Wilson Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a place on the programme you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. The Programme
The Compassionate Shadow is a live cohort-based programme delivered over approximately eight weeks via pre-recorded video content and live Zoom sessions. Full details of the programme structure, content, and schedule are set out on the programme sales page.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme schedule, content, or delivery format where necessary. We will give as much notice as possible of any changes and will not make changes that materially affect the core nature of the programme.

3. Your Place
Places on each cohort are limited. Your place is confirmed only on receipt of full payment or the first instalment of a payment plan.
By purchasing you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Your place is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not transfer your place to another person.

4. Payment
The programme is available at the following prices:
* Full payment: £2,200
* Payment plan: 10 x £240 collected monthly
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
If you are on a payment plan and a payment fails we will contact you to resolve the issue. If payment cannot be collected within 14 days of the due date we reserve the right to suspend your access to the programme until payment is brought up to date. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of your place without refund of amounts already paid.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before the cohort start date If you cancel your place more than 14 days before the cohort start date you will receive a full refund less any payment processing fees.
If you cancel within 14 days of the cohort start date no refund will be issued, though we will offer you a credit to transfer to a future cohort at our discretion.
After the cohort start date Once the cohort has begun no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to continue for exceptional circumstances please contact us at [teresa@teresawilsoncoaching.com] and we will discuss your options.
Cooling off period Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase. If you have requested and been granted access to the programme content within this 14-day period you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be affected. Please contact us before accessing content if you are uncertain.

6. Access and Content
You will receive access to the programme hub on the cohort start date. Pre-watch video content will be released on a weekly schedule as set out in the programme schedule.
You have lifetime access to the recorded programme content. Live session recordings, where made available, are for your personal use only.
All programme content including videos, written materials, and workbooks is the intellectual property of Teresa Wilson Coaching. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or resell any programme content in any form without prior written permission.

7. Live Sessions
Live sessions are delivered via Zoom. Dates and times are set out in the programme schedule provided at the time of purchase.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver all scheduled sessions as planned. In the event that a session needs to be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control we will give as much notice as possible and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.
Live sessions involve small group work and discussion. By attending you agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants. You must not record, share, or distribute any content from live sessions without the explicit consent of all participants.
Behaviour that is disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful to other participants or to the facilitator will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove a participant from the programme without refund in cases of serious misconduct.

8. CCE Certificate
Completion of the programme may entitle you to Continuing Coach Education credits as recognised by the International Coaching Federation. The number of CCEs available and the criteria for eligibility are set out in the programme information.
Certificates will be issued within 7 working days of the final session to participants who meet the attendance and engagement criteria. We reserve the right to withhold a certificate where criteria have not been met.

9. Physical Workbook
A physical workbook will be posted to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided.
Workbooks are posted within the UK by standard post. If you are based outside the UK please contact us before purchasing to discuss delivery.

10. Safeguarding and Wellbeing
The Compassionate Shadow involves personal development work of a reflective and sometimes emotionally significant nature. By purchasing you confirm that you are in a suitable state of mental and emotional health to engage with this kind of work.
This programme is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. If you are currently receiving mental health support we recommend discussing your participation with your practitioner before beginning.
If at any point during the programme you feel that the work is significantly distressing we encourage you to speak with Teresa directly or seek appropriate professional support.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Teresa Wilson Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the programme.
Our total liability to you in connection with the programme shall not exceed the amount you have paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://www.teresawilsoncoaching.com/privacy-policy and in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
By purchasing you consent to us contacting you with information relevant to your participation in the programme.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at [teresawilsoncoaching.com/terms]. Continued participation in the programme following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
